An extensive remodel took this home to the next level, replacing arched windows and dated stone accents with contemporary windows, a front entry deck featuring metal railings, and a new roof. Muted greens, wood trim, and modern stone accents complement the colors and textures of the natural landscape that surround the home.
A floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with wood mantle and built-in floating cabinets bring the outdoors in.
The main feature is an added rear covered paver patio overlooking the golf course fairway. Structural designer Darrin Hollyman worked through the challenges surrounding the framing of the patio structure. Open eaves, a warm wood ceiling, and room for both an outdoor living and dining area make it one of the best 'rooms' in the house.
