Step inside this 2020 COBA Showcase Home situated near Dry Canyon Park in Redmond, OR. The interior design complements the soothing gray tones, warm woods, and natural stone accents of the exterior. A large island with slab counters, built-in wine fridge, and light-filled dining area makes entertaining effortless.
At 2,050 square feet, the home boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Loaded with extra features not typically found in a house at this price, it includes a media center in the bonus room, audio/video throughout, a zoned heating and cooling system, and a tankless water heater. The 3-car garage offers a ton of space, epoxy coated floors, cabinets, and an overhead storage rack.
Plans were donated by Hayden Homes, and a large list of vendors and tradespeople contributed time, money, and materials to make this showcase home possible. Net proceeds will go to COBA's government affairs programs to support the region's homebuilding industry.
